Gutter Tune-Up on the Connecticut Shoreline
The CT GutterPro Tune-Up combines cleaning, full system inspection, minor repairs, and pitch correction in a single visit. It is the right service for homeowners who want to know their gutter system is in optimal condition, not just cleared of debris.

What Is Included
Full debris removal and downspout flush, system-wide inspection of every component, minor sealant repairs, hanger tightening and adjustment, pitch correction, downspout securing, fascia and drip edge inspection, and written summary of findings.
If our inspection reveals issues beyond minor fixes, we will recommend gutter repair or replacement. We also assess whether gutter guards would benefit your property based on tree coverage and debris patterns.
When to Schedule
After purchasing a home, before winter, after a major storm, when you have not had service in two or more years, or before listing your home for sale.
"New home, water pooling concerns and several other issues. They addressed every item and explained what was going on." — Kenneth N.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a gutter cleaning and a tune-up?
A cleaning removes debris and flushes downspouts. A tune-up includes everything in a cleaning plus a comprehensive system inspection, minor sealant repairs, hanger tightening and adjustment, pitch correction, downspout securing, and a written condition report. It is our most thorough maintenance service.
How much does a gutter tune-up cost?
Gutter tune-up pricing depends on home size and system condition, but typically costs $250 to $500 on the CT shoreline. The tune-up includes cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs that would cost more if addressed separately.
When should I schedule a gutter tune-up?
We recommend tune-ups after purchasing a home, before winter, after major storms, before listing your home for sale, or when you have not had gutter service in two or more years. A tune-up gives you a complete picture of your gutter system’s condition.
What if you find a major problem during the tune-up?
If we discover issues beyond minor maintenance, we report them to you with a separate recommendation and pricing. You decide whether to proceed. We do not add charges to the tune-up without your approval.
